Consumer/Vendor Correspondence – Same as level 1.Billing – in addition to level 1, demonstrate a complete understanding of end to end billing inputs and processes as well as demonstrate the ability to conduct higher level billing tasks such as key and large commercial billing as well as net metering accounts.Establish and maintain consumer accounts – same as level 1.Organizational Structure – same as Level 1.Revenue – Perform balancing, return item processing and creation of consumer refunds.Consumer/Vendor Correspondence – perform assigned responsibilities to process incoming documents, consumer information and processes creating consumer notices with vendor partners. Support inquiries from other areas and consumer requests from customer services representatives.
